CANCELLATION POLICY- If you must cancel your appointment we ask respectfully that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations without at least 48 hours notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service payment that was required.
SKIN TEST POLICY- When booking for one of our colour technical services we ask that any new or existing clients that have not had a patch test within our salon in the last 6 months require a patch test; this should be carried out at least 24/48 hours before your appointment. Please note that this policy is for client health & safety as well as to protect ourselves as a salon.
